Temporary buildings including modular buildings are used for a variety of reasons from expansion programmes, fire, and flood, long-term construction programmes or simply due to seasonal demands.

With a wide range of modular buildings and portable modular buildings that are available from commercial modular showrooms through to commercial modular warehousing we are be able to supply you with a temporary buildings that best suits your individual requirements.

Working closely with our clients our main objective is to understand their requirements, will include the reason for the modular buildings, time scales, length of hire or purchase, access requirements, heating and site conditions.

Initially we will put together a quotation (we aim to achieve this within 24 hours of your initial enquiry) covering all aspects of your requirements.

At this stage we are happy to conduct a site visit to discuss the quotation in greater detail as well as conducting an initial site survey to check the proposed site is suitable for the portable buildings and modular buildings that we are proposing. In some cases additional site visits maybe required.

On receipt of your order we will supply you with a detailed schedule of the delivery programme. This will include delivery dates of the modular buildings, delivery of telehanders and scissor lifts and importantly the scheduled date of completion of the structure and hand over date.

On completion the modular buildings will be formally handed over to the client and signed off by both parties. At this stage we will provide you with a hand over pack with guidelines on the do’s and don’ts of your temporary, modular or portable building.
